Life changing counseling, starts with connection.

I ‘m Emily (she/her)

You don’t owe anyone perfection. You deserve SO much more than that.

I’m a perfectionism & eating disorder therapist. I help high achieving teens & young adults reject exhausting societal standards so they can find trust in their bodies & courage to build a life they love.

When searching for a therapist who specializes in perfectionism and disordered eating, it’s no surprise that finding someone who’s a good fit really matters. If you’re looking for someone who is laid back & approachable, but will also hold you accountable to your goals, let’s connect & see what’s possible!

Through both my clinical training & my own lived experiences, I know firsthand that the only thing scarier than letting go of perfectionism, is staying stuck in a narrative that you aren’t good enough.

On the other side of recovery, connection & joy are waiting for you, & you don’t have to make the journey alone. Let’s explore how therapy with you or your teen can help.

Here’s how it works:

In therapy with me, you can count on someone who is relatable, enthusiastic, & invested in transformation that feels genuine to you & your goals. Meaningful change occurs in a relationship built on trust. Whether we’re talking about recent events or analyzing deeply rooted patterns & beliefs, my approach is to be curious & compassionate, leaving judgement at the door. I bring my authentic personality into the room with me (laughter, tears, & sarcasm included) & I invite you to do the same- we’ll talk about the hard stuff, but we’ll also laugh, celebrate the victories, & unearth the wisdom & power already inside you.
